I will take you on a journey with my stories explaining the 7 issues that have been dominating my life for many years. The first part of the book is an introduction to my own struggles and challenges, which is an easy read-through and slow introduction to the issues that might be resonating with you.
The second part of the book consists of audio chapters, where I will take you on a journey of discovery. I am sharing stories, ask questions and help you find out which issues might be holding you back at the moment from living your dream life. My voice has been used for the composition of specific music in these chapters that will help you relax and comfortable enough to start understanding what matters most to you in your life.
In the last part of the book, I share my own “Esther Ibiza Method”, which includes rituals and reminders that help me to stay connected and live my dream life every day.
