I believe everyone has a story
Hi, I'm Esther
Welcome to my platform where I share stories to help you heal whatever needs to be healed and help you become the man or woman you're meant to be: strong, confident and vulnerable at the same time.
The struggles I've had to face in life were the inspiration for the stories that I've decided to share in my book "Issues & Tissues".
This special interactive book with audio healing chapters became a personal healing journey for me, since I got to express all the shame, fear, anxiety and sadness that I'd built up over the years.
Dealing with grief over the loss of my father, struggling to find my way back to myself after some very tough heartbreaks and somehow managing a burn out at the same time was quite overwhelming to be honest.
Sharing my stories in this book has been my way out of all these issues and into a more healthy lifestyle.
Today I feel very confident sharing any issue that comes up, because I know how important it is to address it right away. I've understood the impact on your physical and mental wellbeing if you don't take the time to express and heal your issues.
This is why I've decided to create my own safe space for people to share their stories:
As said before, I believe everyone has a story to tell, but not everyone expresses their story out of fear, shame or guilt.
To make it easier to share your story, I've created some fun exercises to get you comfortable with being uncomfortable.
I'll be waiting for you inside the club to cheer you on and help you heal your story.
Lots of love,
Esther

How come we tend to focus always on the things we don't have, the things we haven't achieved yet or the things yet to come? Why can't we be more...
My Christmas gift for you
